Upon entering the ((SZENE)), one can sense that this venue is perfect for Bad Ass Rock ‘n’ Rollers. Every corner of this venue exudes Rock ‘n’ Roll, and the audience was as passionate as ever. If there’s a place where the Bad Ass Rock ‘n’ Roll slogan fits perfectly, it’s definitely the ((SZENE)).
Def Crüe – Rock ‘n’ Fuckin’ Roll Sensation
Def Crüe kicked off the evening. As they took the stage, you could feel the fantastic atmosphere among the fans. Def Crüe was enthusiastically welcomed and began with the Guns ‘n’ Roses banger “You Could Be Mine.” Next up was another hit: “Whiskey In The Jar” in the Metallica version. From there, the mission for the evening was clear: the celebration of Bad Ass Rock ‘n’ Roll.
With their unmistakably high-energy show, Def Crüe had the audience going wild. Enthusiastic shout-along passages were warmly received and sung along with the band. When Melanie and Helen performed “Driving In Style” together, the audience was nearly uncontrollable. Another highlight was once again the bagpipe interlude by Ann of Scotland, who engaged in a dialogue with Mr. Djentle-Man’s unique lead guitar during the solo part of “It’s A Long Way To The Top… If You Wanna Rock ‘n’ Roll” and followed it up with a bagpipe solo on “Thunderstruck.”
But the undisputed highlight was the distinctive and undoubtedly one of the best voices of Paul “Mr. Nice Guy” Venturini.
The Stiletto Rock Band rounded off this special Rock event with an incomparable Rock fireworks display. Conclusion: Best vibes, awesome Rock. Stay wild and keep rockin’!!!
